dendrites!

Due to my participation with a recent seminar held last week, I've found out an interesting facts on our brain.

Dendrites

it's a branching filaments in nerve cells( neurons). ie, cabang-cabang sel dalam otak..macam iklan anmum tu.

pentingnya cabang-cabang ini di perkembangkan di mana more connections created the more enhance our brain or mind will function.

by branching more our brain will produce more serotonin (happiness hormones)

so, it's very important for us to be able to start our day right in order to be able to create more branches of dendrites and at the same time more serotonin because this will give us a kick start for the day and it would give you positive messages all day long...

and when this happens most of the time, it will only bring in more good news..

wisdom does not show itself so much in precept as in life in firmness of mind and a mastery of appetite. it teaches us to do as well as to talk, and to make our words and actions all of a color

the friday night knitting club by kate jacobs

earlier was alittle bit slow, but starting middle part of the book it got more interesting. so cool to have the knitting supply shops. all the beautiful colors......

Georgia and Dakota. Mother and daughter relationship. Georgia raising her daughter coz her boyfriend had left her when she was pregnant. typical. but than she has managed to do what all mothers would do.raised her daughter with all her heart plus she has managed to own a knit shop. how cool.

among others...grans wisdom thoughts...'sometimes people just dont get things right...peaople sometimes dont do the right thing...then you're left deciding how you are going to react to what they offer. Because you can't make them change.

hajj 1431

 they've left for hajj this year. Alhamdulillah. Kesempatan menerima jemputan Allah SWT. Insya Allah moga mendapat haji mabrur.

Some tips she had for me to prepare for hajj.

1. buka account di tabung haji. minimum RM 1300 and register terus. has to save at least rm 10k
2. kita boleh dump extra money if available and must do SI as to we wont forget about the savings.
3. sertai kursus at least 2 yrs before so that we would be well prepared. ( even though we have not yet register... still can join in the courses for merely rm 80.00 weekly 2 times. can start asking TH from february.
4. can get from private agent for any particular or specific needs. prepare about rm 20k above... or go under Tabung Haji.

hopefully they'll have fun and able to perform their hajj to the best. and hope to see you soon... another 46 days....selamat pergi dan pulang. I love you.
